Worried about Your Memory?

Research has shown that having high levels of cortisol over time is associated with the development of Alzheimer’s disease. Xanamem is designed to block the excess production of cortisol – the stress hormone, in the brain.

XanADu is a clinical trial of a drug called Xanamem. It’s being conducted in 174 patients across the USA, UK and Australia. Participants will take Xanamem, an oral capsule, once a day for 12 weeks.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be aged 50 or older
• Have a diagnosis of mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease
• Have a family member or friend who can be available during your participation in the study


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Study-related medication at no cost
  • Study-related medical exams at no cost
  • Compensation for time and travel
