Summary:
Do you have type 2 diabetes and are also overwieght/obese? If so, you could possible participate in a clinical research study to assist with weight loss and dabetes control. The study is about 1.5 years long and you will be taking weekly injections. Qualified participants will see have all office visits, labs and ECG provided at no cost.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be at least 18 years old
•
Have diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
•
Can be taking up to 3 oral medications for the diabetes (injectable medications not allowed) or just diet and exercise for diabetes control
•
Must be overwieght or obese (BMI 27 or higher)
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation of $75 for each completed office visit and $20 for each phone call visit complete (up to $1270.00 if entire study completed).
