Summary:

We are company called Clinical Outcomes Solutions, we are a healthcare research company that is working with a pharmaceutical company called Janssen who develop new medicines. We are contacting you to ask if you if you would be willing to take part in a study to talk to us about your bladder cancer and provide feedback on the relevance of the questions within a bladder cancer quality of life questionnaire (FACT-BL). We are looking for individuals such as yourself to help us understand what it is like to live with bladder cancer and whether the FACT-BL is suitable to use with bladder cancer patients.
If you are interested in participating, we would like to speak with you either face-to-face or over the telephone (whichever is better for you), to talk you about what it is like to live with your condition and discuss the content of the FACT-BL.
If you help us with this study, we will pay you $150.00 for your time.
