Qualified Participants Must:
• You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:- Are 60 years of age or older
- Have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure
- Have shortness of breath, fatigue or swelling of legs, ankles, or feet.
Other requirements will apply.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Eligible participants receive study-related medication and study-related care at no cost.
