Be between the ages of 18-75 years old
Have chronic eczema for at least 6 months
Have a history of inadequate response to topical treatments for eczema within 1 year
Be willing to comply with discontinuation of certain treatments of eczema during study
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified participations will receive all study-related care and study medication or placebo at no cost. Compensation may be given for participation.
