Join a new clinical research study to help us understand how to lower blood glucose for Hispanic, African American and Asian patients. 

Qualified Participants Must:

• Identify as Hispanic, African American, or Asian American
• Have had Type 2 Diabetes for 1 year or more
• Blood sugar is not well controlled
• A1C is greater than 7.5%, but less than 10%
• Use insulin daily
• Take metformin

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Trial-related medications & medical care may be provided at no cost.
