Qualified participants will receive:

Investigational medicine or placebo

All participants will have the opportunity to receive investigational product during the course of the study

Physician will conduct medical evaluations at no cost

Compensation for time and travel

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have infrequent bowel movements
• Have abdominal pain or discomfort
• Be able to complete a daily diary on a handheld device

Qualified Participants May Receive:

$50 compensation for each visit
