Summary:

This study for people with Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD).

When you have ADPKD, your kidney function will worsen over time, and this can eventually
lead to kidney failure. New treatments need to be developed to help keep your kidneys
working for as long as possible.

The study duration is 66 days. You will need to stay at the study center on 2 separate occasions:

one for up to 4 days and 3 nights, and

the other for 3 days and 2 nights


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 60 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with ADPKD
• Are able to stay overnight at the clinical study center


Qualified Participants May Receive:

If you choose to take part in the study there will be no cost to you for taking part in this study

All study medications and study-related tests will be provided at no cost to you.

A team of doctors and nurses will monitor your health carefully during the study.

You will be compensated for your out-of-pocket expenses while participating in this study up to $3000.00
