Summary:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, effectiveness and tolerability of a medication (compared to placebo) to treat impulsive aggression in children and adolescents with ADHD.   


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 7 - 17 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with ADHD and take an approved medication to help manage those symptoms
• Have episodes of impulsive aggression (e.g., yelling, hitting, kicking, breaking items, etc.)
• Weight at least 44 pounds, with a BMI less than 99%
• Able and willing to swallow whole tablets
• Be physically healthy (other than diagnosis of ADHD)


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study-related visits, tests, and drugs will be provided at no cost.  In addition, reimbursement for study-related travel may be provided
