Summary:

Clinical research study to evaluate an investigational medication to learn if it may help reflux symptoms when taken along with proton pump inhibitor (PPI) medication.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Are diagnosed with chronic acid reflux (GERD)
• Take a PPI reflux medication (such as Prilosec OTC, Nexium, or Prevacid) daily and still have reflux symtoms on most days


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Investigational medication for acid reflux (GERD) or placebo; No cost study related care; Compensation is available for time and travel
