Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18-75 years old
•
Have a BMI under 38
•
Have history of chronic hand eczema for at least 6 month
•
Other qualifications will be evaluated.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified participants will receive all study-related care and study medication or placebo at no cost. Compensation may be given for participation.
