What is Asthma? Asthma is characterized by airway inflammation, reversible airway obstruction, and airway sensitivity. Asthma continues to be a major health concern worldwide, with a global prevalence of approximately 300 million and continuing to grow.

Asthma shouldn’t interfere with your quality of life. When asthma is managed with medication and a healthy lifestyle, people with asthma can stay in control of their symptoms and lead a normal life.
