Summary:
We’re looking for volunteers to join a study of an investigational device designed to confirm the safety and effectiveness of a device designed to help reduce postoperative leg pain, back pain, and neurologic symptoms in patients undergoing lumbar partial discectomy. Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 22 - 70 years old

Have had at least six weeks of prior conservative treatment since back surgery
•

Qualified participants receive:
- The investigational device at no cost applied during surgery
- Study-related examinations and evaluations at no-cost
- Compensation up to $100 for time and travel
Health insurance is not necessary to take part in this study.
