Summary:

A phase ii multi-center, randomized, doubleblind, 24-week, parallel group, placebo-controlled study to investigate the efficacy and safety of balovaptan (ro5285119) in children and adolescents age 5-12 with autism spectrum disorder (asd).


Qualified Participants Must:

• 5-12 years old
• Be diagnosed with autism
• Have an IQ score of 70 or above
• Have some level of verbal fluency


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  1. Compensation
  2. Comprehensive autism evaluation by a physician
  3. Intelligence testing
  4. Labs
  5. Medications at no cost
  6. Potential inclusion in year long extension study
