Summary:
To Evaluate the Pharmacokinetics, Safety, and Tolerability of AMG 890 in Japanese Subjects with Elevated Plasma Lipoprotein [LP9(a)].
Qualified Participants Must:
• Males and Females 18 to 60 years of age
•
BMI 18 to 32
•
Japanese, first, second or third generation Japanese
•
Females must be of NON-CHILDBEARING POTENTIAL (Post-Menopausal, no menses for at least 1 year, Hysterectomy, Bilateral Oophorectomy)
•
Generally healthy
•
Can have a high blood pressure if controlled and on a stable medication regimen
•
Can have high cholesterol if controlled and on a stable medication regimen
•
Be avaliable for a 5 Day/4 Night overnight stay and complete approximately 10 follow-up visits
