Qualified Participants Must:
• 18 years or older

Have type 2 diabetes
•
Have received metformin with or without sulphonylurea for at least 90 days
•
Be able to come to 9 clinic visits and have 2 phone calls over 49 weeks
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study related care and medication at no cost; $50 per completed clinic visit paid at the end of each visit
