Researchers will evaluate an investigational drug to see if it is safe and well tolerated by men and women age 60 or older who have behavioral symptoms related to a disease of the nervous system, such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or dementia.  Each participant will be in the study for up to approxiamately four months.  A 52-week extension study is available.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Age 60 years and older
• Have behavioral symptoms related to a disease of the nervous system
• Require assistance with daily living activities
• Not in hospice nor bedridden
• Have a caregiver, relative, or other responsible person to accompany to study visits and assist with study compliance


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Investigational drug or placebo

All study-related care at no cost.
