Qualified Participants Must:
• Have low testosterone (feelings such as: low energy, lack of desire, low or depressed mood, loss of hair)

Have had a heart attack, stent, stroke, or bypass surgery
Qualified Participants May Receive:
study related medical care, study drug or plecebo, compensation for time and travel.
