Summary:
Double blind placebo controlled, phase 2 study to access the safety and tolerability and efficacy of IONIS-AGT-Lrx in subjects with uncontrolled blood pressure.
You may qualify if you are 18 to 75 years old, have a BMI of less than or equal to 35, Are taking 2 or 3 blood pressure medications, have an average blood pressure greater than 140/80.
