Summary:

Summary: The study is looking at an oral investigational medication for subjects who have asthma with an elevated eosinophil count. Eligible subjects will take the oral investigational medication twice per day for 12 weeks then will complete a 12-week follow up period. Subjects will continue to use their usual asthma medications for the duration of the study. Participants will be assigned at random to take 75 mg, 150 mg, 300 mg, or placebo twice per day for 12 weeks.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Qualified participants must be taking and ICS/LABA inhaled medication (Symbicort, Advair, Dulera, or Breo) plus a SABA (albuterol, salbutamol, levalbuterol, etc).


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Participants will be compensated for travel and time.

Qualified patients will receive $65 per completed visit up to $650.
