Clinical Trial 43473

Santa Monica, CA 90403

Summary:

This is a Phase 3 clinical research study of an investigational drug named SI-6603 to treat lumbar disk herniations.

SI-6601 is a highly specific enzyme that will be injected into the affected intervertebral disk and has been shown to reduce nerve root compression via the decomposition of sugar chains. The possible benefits of the study include a decrease in pressure in the intervertebral disk, reduction in volume of the disk herniation, and a reduction in leg pain which is commonly associated with herniations.

If you meet all the study criteria and agree to take part in the study, you will be coming to our clinical site for 10 visits over the course of 1 year.
