Summary:

Participation in the Atopic Dermatitis Vaccine Study will last approximately 7 months and consists of three parts:

During a screening period of up to one month, the study doctor will perform tests and procedures to determine if you or your child is eligible to participate.

If eligible, you or your child will enter the 4-month treatment period and begin receiving the investigational drug or a placebo (which contains no active medication) and two common approved vaccines, all of which are delivered as an injection

You or your child will stop participating after a safety follow-up visit 3 months after the last dose of investigational drug.

If eligible, you or your child may continue receiving the investigational drug in a separate long-term extension study.



Criteria:

Are 12-54 years old

Have had Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema for at least 2 years

Have Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema that covers at least 10% of your body

Have used another Eczema treatment or cream in the last 6 months that didn’t fully treat your Eczema

Are willing to receive two common approved vaccinations during study participation


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Participants will receive all study-related visits, tests, common approved vaccines, study drug from a dedicated medical team at no cost, and Compensation for travel may also be available.
