Summary:

DO YOU HAVE DISCOMFORT SWALLOWING?

Wake Research is enrolling volunteers in a research study testing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug for individuals with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE).

To be eligible for this study, you must be:

  • At least 15 years of age
  • Diagnosed with mild to moderate EoE with at least 6 recent episodes of difficulty swallowing
  • Able to read, understand and provide consent or assent (together with their parent(s) or guardian(s) signature for adolescents)
  • Be willing to complete a daily diary about swallowing difficulty throughout the study

Qualified participants will receive:

  • Compensation for time and travel
  • Study-related medication at no cost
  • Study-related medical exams at no cost
