Summary:

California Allergy & Asthma Medical Group is enrolling COPD patients with chronic bronchitis and a history of exacerbations for this research study.

· Male/Female over 40 years old

· Showing symptoms of chronic bronchitis

· Smokers or former smokers

· Treated with triple combination therapy for last 3 months

· History of exacerbations/worsening within the past 12 months, but none within the past month.

Qualified Participants May Receive:

There is no cost to participate and no insurance is required. All study-related care, investigational study-drug and current maintenance inhalers are provided for those who qualify. Compensation for time and travel will also be awarded.
