Segal Trials is currently conducting a clinical research study evaluating the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication for patients with bipolar identifying with these symptoms.

Criteria
- You are between the ages of 18-65
- Have been diagnosed with bipolar I disorder and currently in a manic episode, experiencing a mix of high and low symptoms at the same time, and having depression symptoms which includes persistent feelings of sadness, loss of interest, low energy, talking and/or moving slower than normal, felling worthless, and recurrent thoughts of death or suicide
- 4 visits up to 23 days inpatient
