Summary:
An Efficacy and Safety Study of Nemolizumab (CD14152) in Participants With Prurigo Nodularis
Treatment of patients suffering with Prurigo Nodularis (PN). Prurigo nodularis is a skin disease that causes hard, itchy lumps to form on the skin. The itching (pruritus) can be intense, causing people to scratch.
Criteria:- Diagnosis of PN for at least 6 months with: Pruriginous nodular lesions on upper limbs, trunk, and/or lower limbs.
- Severe pruritus defined as follows on the PP NRS:
