Summary:

Click image to enlargeThis clinical research study is for people diagnosed with moderate to severe UC. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of the study drug compared to placebo. This is a double-blind study, which means neither you nor the study doctor will know which study treatment you are receiving.
Qualified Participants Must:
Be between the ages of 18-80
Be diagnosed with moderate to severe UC
Have tried 1 or more standard of care treatments that did not work, stopped working, or were not tolerated

Qualified Participants May Receive:
If eligible to enroll in this study, you may receive the study drug or placebo (a pill that looks like the study drug but does not contain an active medicine). All study-related medical procedures and tests will be provided at no cost to you.
