Summary:

We are investigating the effects of a food product (a non-digestible carbohydrate, similar to a dietary fiber) on gut health in people with Ulcerative Colitis

The study is 12 weeks in duration, 8 of these weeks would involve you taking the food product

There would be 5 visits to our clinic, in addition to 2 telephone visits over the course of the study


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be ages 18-75
• Have a BMI between 18.5-44.9
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis
• Be taking mesalamine or purine analogs
• Have experienced mild-moderate symptoms or Ulcerative Colitis over the last 4 weeks
