Summary:

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a condition caused by nerve damage from long-term high blood sugar levels. The most common nerve damage occurs in the legs, feet, arms, or hands. The pain caused by this nerve damage can be described as burning, tingling, shooting, “pins and needles,”, etc. This Study will test if an investigational drug called NYX-2925 can reduce the nerve pain in legs, feet, or hands associated with painful DPN.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Between 18-75 years of age
• HbA1c less than 11.0
• Must be diagnosed with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) for at least 4 years prior to screening and have had pain associated with DPN for at least the last 6 months


Qualified Participants May Receive:

- Study related care such as physical performed by a board certified physician, lab work, study medication, and EKG

- Compensation for time and travel
