Summary:

Study 45644 Flyer

Now enrolling: A clinical research study for people with kidney stones – The uriROX-2 Study

Introducing the uriROX-2 Study
If you suffer from kidney stones and are looking to discover what may be causing them, as well as potential new ways to prevent them from returning, the uriROX-2 Study may be an option. It is evaluating an investigational drug designed to potentially help prevent kidney stones in the future.

About the investigational drug
The investigational drug (reloxaliase) is a capsule that is taken by mouth and may work in the stomach and intestine to potentially break down oxalate in food so that less oxalate is absorbed into the bloodstream. Lowering oxalate levels in the urine may decrease the risk of complications of hyperoxaluria, including kidney stones. “Investigational” means that a drug has not been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration or another regulatory authority for treating patients. Investigational drugs can be used only for research purposes.
