Summary:

A clinical research study evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of Cariprazne as an add-on treatment to current Anti-depressant for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in individuals who are still experiencing symptoms of depression on their current anti-depressant medication.  The study duration is up to 12 weeks, with seven in-person visits.  



To be eligible for this study, the participant must:

  • Be 18-65 years of age and in good general health
  • Have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder
  • Currently be on an anti-pressant for at least 6 weeks and have had an inadequate response.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • The study medication
  • a pharmacy card to pay for your current anti-depressant medication during the trial
  • study related procedures at no cost.
