Summary:

New Clinical Trial for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

Major depressive disorder is the most common mental health disorder in the US, and a major cause of disability across the world. If you are living with major depressive disorder (MDD), consider enrolling in a clinical trial.

Qualified individuals will be selected to participate in this study, which lasts approximately 58 days and requires you to take your prescribed antidepressant medication in addition to either the investigational medication or placebo.

You may qualify for participation if you:

  • Are between 18-65 years old
  • Have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD) and are currently experiencing a major depressive episode (MDE)
  • Have previously tried, but not responded to 1-3 different antidepressants
  • Are currently taking approved antidepressant medication for your MDD/MDE
  • Are in otherwise generally good health

There are additional requirements to qualify for this study. A member of the study team will discuss these with you during screening.
