Clinical Trial 46347

Tampa, FL 33606

Summary:

This research study is testing an experimental drug called EHP-101. EHP-101 has already been tested in a small group of healthy participants in a research study conducted in Australia. It is now being tested for the first time in patients with Diffuse Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis. The study drug is an experimental drug. “Experimental” means that the study drug is currently being tested and is not approved for sale in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or anywhere in the world. All new medications must undergo thorough testing in clinical research studies before they can be approved and prescribed by doctors. Without clinical research studies, no new medications could be developed, and few medical advances would be made. The main aim of this research project is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the study drug when delivered as multiple oral (by mouth) doses to individuals with Diffuse Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis for up to 84 days.

Qualified Participants Must:

• At least 18 years of age (F/M)

There are no additional costs associated with participating in this research project. All medication, tests and medical care required as part of the research project will be provided to you free of charge.
