Summary:

The purpose of this study, which involves research, is to determine whether an investigational drug, ABP-450 (prabotulinumtoxinA), is safe and effective to treat migraine patients, compared with the placebo. ABP 450 is a toxin produced by a bacterium called Clostridium botulinum. ABP-450 is similar to botulinum toxin (Botox® ). This toxin has been used in small amounts by doctors to treat health problems. In this study, ABP-450 is being tested in people who have more than 6 migraines in a month.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Get at least 6 migraines per month on average


Qualified Participants May Receive:

- Study related care such as blood work and EKG

- Compensation for time and travel expenses

- Physical performed by a board certified physician
