Summary:
- Excell Research is enrolling patients with agitation in association to memory loss or demtia of the Alzheimer's type for patient 50-90 years old.
- Patients are allowed to continue taking medication for the treatment of their memory loss during the study.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 50-90 years old
•
Have a caregiver able to participate with the patient
•
Have agitation in the form of Excessive Motor activity (Pacing, rocking back and forth, performing repetitious mannerisms, Ect.) Verbal Aggression (Yelling, speaking loud without noticing, using profanity, screaming, shouting) or Physical aggression (grabbing, shoving, pushing, resisting, slamming doors, throwing things, ect.)
Qualified Participants May Receive:
- Participants and caregivers will both receive compensation after each completed appointment.
-Travel assistance avaliable if rides are needed to and from appointments.
-Investigational Medication to help with agitation at no cost.
