<b>Major Depression Disorder - Santa Ana CA</b>

To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Rel-1017 as an adjunctive treatment compared to placebo with antidepressant therapy (ADT) at day 28 on the depression rating scale


Qualified Participants Must:

• Adults aged 18 to 65
• Diagnosed at least 1 year with MDD (major depressive disorder)
• stable on medication for at least 12 weeks
• woman of the childbearing age should be on birth control
• must be able to read, speak and write English or Spanish
• body mass index BMI of 18 to 30 kg/m2,
• willing and be to commit to meet all study requirements
