Summary:

<b>Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema) - Multiple Locations in the US</b>

    Eczema Study for Kids and Adults: The ADORING study is evaluating an investigational non-steroidal topical cream for people aged 2 years and older who suffer from moderate to severe eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis (AD).

    ADORING is a phase 3 clinical study evaluating the safety and efficacy of tapinarof cream, 1% for the topical treatment of moderate to severe eczema in adults and children aged 2 years and above.

    ADORING at a Glance

    • Participants: up to 400 adults and children
    • Duration: up to 13 weeks
    • Administration: daily self-application of cream

    People who may be eligible:*

    • Been diagnosed with eczema
      • for at least 6 months for those 6 years old and above or
      • 3 months for those 2 to 5 years old
    • Male or female, 2 years of age or older
    • Have eczema that covers between 5% and 35% of their body, not including the scalp. NOTE: Participants with eczema only on their palms and soles are not eligible.
