Summary:

This is a Phase 4, multicenter, safety and efficacy study of Pegloticase and an investigational medication on patients with uncontrolled gout. 



  • Adult men and women over 18 years old
  • Uncontrolled Gout with symptoms
    • At least one tophus
    • Recurrent flares
    • Chronic gouty arthritis

Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Compensation for time and travel

    • $145 for each site visit
  • Free health care check up
  • Possibility of health improvement
