Summary:
Click image to enlargeTo assess the efficacy of seltorexant compared with quetiapine XR as adjunctive therapy to an antidepressant drug in treatment response in participants with MDDIS who have had an inadequate response to current antidepressant therapy with an SSRI or SNRI.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Ages 18-74
•
BMI 18-40
•
Medically stable
•
Diagnosed at 1 year with Major depressive disorder
•
Stable on current medication for at least 12 weeks
