Summary:

Current or former smokers with a diagnosis of COPD may qualify for the AstraZeneca COPD trial. Participants must have 2 or more COPD "flare-ups"/ exacerbations to qualify. The study is aiming at reducing the amount of exacerbations participants have, the study requires in-office visits once a month/ every 4 weeks. Patients will remain on their current COPD medications in addition to study medication. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Must be 40+ years old
• Current or former smoker
• documented history of 2 or more exacerbations/"flare-ups" of COPD
• Taking medications for COPD treatment


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel of $75 per completed visit, No-cost study-related care
