Summary:

Green Mountain Research Institute is conducting a study on an Investigational Medication for people who suffer from moderate to severe exacerbations in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Participants are given the Investigational Treatment as an add on to their current COPD therapy.



Are 40 years of age or older; Have a COPD diagnosis; Are a current or former smoker living with COPD; Take 2 or more medications for your COPD (in addition to an inhaled corticosteroid); Have had 2 or more flare-ups that needed treatment OR 1 or more flare-ups of your COPD symptoms that required hospitalization in the past year


Qualified Participants May Receive:

• No-cost study medication

• No-cost study-related care from a local doctor

• Compensation for time and travel
