You are being asked to take part in this research study because you have diabetic kidney disease or DKD. DKD is a condition related to the diagnosis of diabetes and glucose levels in the body. In people with diabetes, high glucose levels in the blood may lead to kidney damage and the development of DKD.

This research study will be conducted by Inversago Pharma Inc. 

In this research study, an investigational drug called INV-202 is being tested for the treatment of DKD. INV-202 works by blocking a protein in the system involved in regulating body functions including appetite, body weight, and metabolism.

Minimum Criteria:

1. Male and female participants >18 years of age.

2. A diagnosis of Diabetic Kidney Disease due to either T1DM or T2DM (diagnosed for >1 year)

3. On a stable anti-diabetic medication regimen for >4 months prior to randomization with a hemoglobin A1C (HbA1c) <9.5%.

Qualified Participants May Receive:

You will be paid according to the following schedule:

• Screening: $67

• Subject Stipend: $67.00 per visit

• Extensive Visit Subject Stipend provided on Day 1 and Week 16/EOT: $167.50

• Each Additional Meal provided on Day 1 and Week 16/EOT for extensive PK Visit: $22.00

You will not be paid for visits W2, W6, W10, W14, W18

Reasonable expenses (for example, travel) will be reimbursed, up to $52.00 per visit, after receipts for the payments are provided, and in agreement with the study doctor.

You will be paid following each completed visit.
