Summary:
What is the SYMPHONY Study?
The SYMPHONY Study is a clinical research trial currently being conducted at select centers in the US. The study is for people with narcolepsy who are experiencing excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) and cataplexy (sudden muscle weakness). The SYMPHONY Study is evaluating AXS-12 (reboxetine) as an investigational oral medication that may improve wakefulness and reduce occurrence of cataplexy.
Who can participate?
People living with narcolepsy who are*:
- aged 15 to 75 years old in the U.S.
- experiencing cataplexy (sudden muscle weakness such as drooping of eyelids, dropping of items, buckling of knees or even total body collapse to name a few examples)
- experiencing excessive daytime sleepiness

- You may have the opportunity to help advance potential new treatments for people with narcolepsy. AXS-12 is an investigational oral medication being studied for narcolepsy with cataplexy.
