Summary:

Non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) is a form of GERD where the esophagus is unharmed by stomach acid. This form of GERD does lead to the same symptoms, including chest pain, chronic cough, difficulty swallowing, and most commonly, heartburn.

Tandem Clinical Research is looking for volunteers who have NERD or have NERD symptoms for an investigational medicine designed to suppress the symptoms. To qualify you must:

 

-        Be at least 18 years of age

-        Be experiencing both heartburn and regurgitation


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified participants will receive study-related medication and care. Compensation for time and travel may be available.
