Summary:
Hilltop Obstetrics and Gynecology in Franklin, Ohio is enrolling adults who are overweight or obese in a research study to test the effectiveness of an investigational, wearable weight loss device that uses nerve stimulation therapy.
Criteria:- Be between 18 and 65 years old (inclusively)
- Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 to less than 35 kg/m2
- Be able to use a touchscreen handheld smartphone*
- Have Wi-Fi internet access
- Agree to adhere to diet and exercise recommendations
- Other criteria will be evaluated to see if you may be eligible.
- *Sponsor provides smartphones for study purposes.
Qualified Participants May Receive:
- Access to an experimental, wearable weight loss device not currently on the market
- Nutritional counseling
- Compensation up to $300
