Summary:

Sugar Lakes Family Practice in Sugarland, Texas is enrolling adults who are overweight or obese in a research study to test the effectiveness of an investigational, wearable weight loss device that uses nerve stimulation therapy. 



Criteria:
  • Be between 18 and 65 years old (inclusively)
  • Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 to less than 35 kg/m2
  • Be able to use a touchscreen handheld smartphone*
  • Have Wi-Fi internet access
  • Agree to adhere to diet and exercise recommendations
  • Other criteria will be evaluated to see if you may be eligible.
  • *Sponsor provides smartphones for study purposes. 


Qualified Participants Must:

  • Nutritional counseling
  • Compensation up to $300
