Summary:

Recruiting Participants for the EMERGE Study

Are you living with migraine? Are oral CGRP inhibitors like rimegepant and ubrogepant not achieving adequate pain relief? Axsome Therapeutics is collaborating on a study to assess the efficacy and safety of AXS-07 (meloxicam and rizatriptan) in patients with migraine (EMERGE).

What is the EMERGE Study?

The EMERGE Study is a clinical research trial currently being conducted at select centers in the US. The study is for people aged 18 and older who are living with migraine and not achieving adequate pain relief when taking an oral CGRP inhibitor*. The EMERGE Study is evaluating AXS-07 (meloxicam and rizatriptan) as an investigational oral medication for the acute treatment of migraine.

*Other criteria also apply.

What is Migraine?

Migraine is characterized by attacks of pulsating, severe and disabling head pain, often accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light and/or sound. Over 37 million Americans suffer from migraine. 1 Migraine is the leading cause of disability among neurological disorders in the United States.2

Who Can Participate?

People who are aged 18 or older in the U.S. who have 2-8 migraines per month and not achieving adequate pain relief when taking an oral CGRP inhibitor may qualify. Other criteria also apply.
