Summary:
Study evaluating the safety and therapeutic value of a new treatment for Type II Diabetes.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Must sign informed consent
• Must be diagnosed with new onset DM type II with in last one month
• Must be be male or female, aged 18 to 75yrs, inclusive
• FBG level must be between >140mg/dl and 270mg/dl.
• Fasting TG level >150mg/dl and <500mg/dl
• BMI of 22 to 40kg/m2
