Summary:

This is a research study to test the safety and tolerability of a study treatment for Chagas disease.


Qualified Participants Must:

Be Adult men and women &ge
•18 to 70 years of age
• Weight &ge
• 125 pounds and <
•200 pounds
• Have 
•Diagnosis of CD documented by positive serology in two conventional CD serologic tests(Contact us for free Chagas disease test if you have been exposed to the virus or have traveled to a country with high Chagas disease) 

• Have 
•No prior CD treatment
• Able to swallow capsules and tablets: Be HIV negative
• Not pregnant, lactating, or planning to get pregnant within the next 3 months
 


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Free Laboratory tests, study mediations, and a study stipend of $50 per completed study visit. Total number of study visit will be 7.
