Summary:
Phase 3 Open-Label Study of once daily of study medication compared with insulin Glargine in adult participants with Type 2 Diabetes and obesity or overweight at increased Cardiovascular risk.
Criteria:- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have Type 2 Diabetes
- Have at least one of the following: Heart attack, Ischemic Stoke, Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, or Peripheral Arterial Disease
- Have a BMI of 25.0
